In today's world, most things are driven by technology. We are NOT driven by
technology, however we will use it as a tool to enhance the overall worship
experience. After all, it doesn't matter how wonderful the sermon is if you can't
hear it! Having proper lighting, projecting the words of songs, or the sermon
points, merely adds to worship. There is nothing we can do to "make worship
happen," that's up to the individual and God.

This vital group of team members manages our sound production for all events
at the church. This ministry is made up of behind-the-scenes people who play
key rolls in the service to ensure a smooth presentation. Early arrival and
coordination with the Worship Leader is essential to being a team member.
Some previous experience running audio consoles and technical equipment
would be nice, the ability and desire to learn quickly are a must. Periodic extra
rehearsals are required to be a member of this team.

This team is comprised of individuals who are creative with computer/video
production. Computer skills are required and knowledge of lighting schemes
would be helpful. This team ensures that our projection system and lighting are
coordinated with our presentations, the services are videotaped and prepared
for conversion and distribution. Early arrival and coordination with the Worship
leader is essential to being a team member. The ability and desire to learn
quickly are essential to being on this team.
